7. Delivery

 

Orders are shipped within the timeframe indicated on the website.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

DOMP WORLDWIDE cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal

 

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, for hygiene and safety reasons, any unsealed, opened, or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

 

9. Returns

 

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is attributable to DOMP WORLDWIDE.

 

10. Liability

 

DOMP WORLDWIDE shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the product or use not in accordance with its intended purpose.

 

11. Force Majeure

 

DOMP WORLDWIDE shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances preventing the performance of the contract.

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
